Food centrifuge

A centrifuge used to separate product particles by density. This allows you to get custom textures and tastes. For example, from tomatoes and peas - you can get three textures: peel at the base, mashed peas and clear tomato or pea water.

Traditionally, a centrifuge has been used in medicine to separate blood cells from plasma cells.
